Last year, I was working between commercial and personal commissions and it’s great to receive returning clients. After completing their wedding commission awhile back, I was asked once again to celebrate their one year anniversary, which in wedding terms is paper themed.

She had the idea for a card with one of my illustrations and a set of times with postcodes beside them inside the card. She had planned a special surprise day for her husband involving taking him to selected places across London. And to kick it off using a bespoke illustrated card!

After chatting with the client on budget, aesthetic, turnaround time, I set to work and here is my process breakdown:
